Tasting experience

Handcrafted in a double corona format with a blend that comprises eight carefully selected tobaccos, aged for a total of 60 years. Carrying an eye-catching foot ring which covers the uncut part of the cigar. This enables aficionados to enjoy the first inch/2.5 cm of the masterpiece without the wrapper leaf, which creates an intriguing play of flavours and visualizes the Dragon spitting fire.

Once the wrapper takes over, the taste changes to rich notes of roasted nuts, cream and subtle liquorice. In the second third, expect notes of sweet honey, white pepper and citrus. The final third, fresh spice and oak wood complement the dominating notes of dark chocolate. The intensity remains consistent, culminating in a smooth and well-balanced finale.

Presentation

This Davidoff Year of the Dragon 2024 Limited Edition is presented in an elegant box of ten cigars, the top surface showcases a captivating iridescent varnished dragon scale pattern. The powerful Year of the Dragon icon in the center holds a pearl, which in Chinese culture symbolizes wisdom, prosperity and fortune.

A wooden tray inside the box reveals two cigar sections that are divided by a silky red ribbon inspired by the Dragon’s tongue. Double banded with an extra foot ring offering a striking visual aesthetic to the cigars as soon as you unbox.

Porcelain Ashtray

Made in a French atelier in Limoges, part of the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant, a label recognising the excellence of its traditional know-how. Elegantly decorated in scarlet red and gold paint accented with the Year of the Dragon embellishments, circulating the centre of the ashtray with the dragon holding an iridescent pearl.

Equipped with two slightly angled cigar notches, perfect for those to enjoy sharing these moments with a companion.
